I’m Kyle mcculloch.

I have spent my life pursuing formidable goals in the sporting and professional arenas.

Achieving a goal requires one to take a path that often feels isolating, and honestly - most of the time, it’s the isolation and goals without clear benchmarks that kill the dream, not your ability.

Goals are most often set at the beginning of the year but on average, people abandon them within 11 days. Why?

Well there are reasons that precede isolation. Goals need to be clearly defined, you need to understand what you will need to sacrifice, and you need to manage your goals timeline and schedule.

This is where I come in. Together we will lay out a plan that you will need to dedicate yourself to commit to. It’s a fully immersive lifestyle reset. Together we look at where you are now and where you want to be, laying out a sustainable path with milestones to achieve along the way.

It will be hard, but if you’re serious about change and achieving what everyone around you is saying isn’t possible, then you’re in the right place.

I don’t care about your current ability. You may be unable to run a mile, or maybe you’re terrified of starting that business, or perhaps you’re in a rut and unable to gain enough momentum to confidently move forward. As long as you’re committed and willing to put in the work, you will see noticeable results.

I will be your mentor and your guide, with you every step of the way.

initial discussion

We will meet for 45 minutes so that I can learn about you, where you have come from, your current lifestyle, and why you want to improve.

We will discuss no more than 5 goals and drill down as to why you want to achieve them? If you feel stuck in life and you don’t know what to aim at, that’s ok. Let’s talk anyway. It’s the first step.

Receive your 30 Day plan

Based on our initial discussion, I will create a 30 day plan for you to commit to. It will be based on a set of habits that have helped myself and many other people to achieve tough challenges across all aspects of life.

We will review this together for 30 minutes. Once we agree on what’s laid out, your journey will begin.

Twice Weekly check-in

Having clear objectives for the week and being able to check them off is really satisfying. I want to know about your successes and your challenges.

Maybe you need me to light a fire under your ass or maybe you just need someone to listen. Either way - we will be in this together.

Select package for next phase

Once you reach day 30, it’s time to decide if this is for you. If not, no problem, you will receive your deposit back.

If you see the value, we will apply your deposit to the package you select and we will be ready to get started.
